What is LeadDeck?
LeadDeck is a Lead Marketplace powered by a robust lead buying and selling platform. LeadDeck connects lead sellers and lead buyers simplifying the selling and buying processes, taking care of all the technology issues and increasing their business.
Where do you get the leads?
Leads are generally generated and captured through online / internet channels.Some lead generation agencies do use other marketing channels such as television and telephone.
What types of Senior Care Leads are available from LeadDeck?
LeadDeck provides leads to the Assisted Living / Independent Living communities, Alzheimer’s Care (also known as memory care or dementia care) communities, Skilled Nursing facilities, CCRCs, Long Term Care (LTC) Insurance agencies, etc.
Do you buy or sell lead types in other verticals?
LeadDeck does act as a market place (or routing exchange) for various lead types. The leads are routed through LeadDeck from other lead generation firms, online ad agencies and lead aggregation firms. In other words, LeadDeck acts as a routing channel and connects lead buyers and lead sellers. For more information, please see Lead Types or Lead Verticals section.
How frequently the leads are sent to us? (How current are these leads?)
The elder care leads captured online are sent to you (care providers) in real time as soon as these are logged into the LeadDeck database. It is essential to follow up with the prospects in the shortest possible after they submitted their contact information on the internet.
What are the sources of leads?
Leads are generated by our lead providers / publishers through online channels such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, etc. We do not encourage providing any incentives (such as with gifts, goodies, etc.) to the prospects to submit their contact information. Hence the leads are of high quality.
Can I cherry pick leads from the LeadDeck system?
LeadDeck does not allow lead buyers to cherry pick the leads. All leads are delivered based on the filters selected by you.
Can I choose one or more Lead Suppliers through the LeadDeck system?
Yes, you can pick and choose your supplier. All suppliers may not be available through this method; in order to ensure quality, only qualified lead vendors are included in this method.
Can I access the Purchased Leads online?
Yes, the leads purchased from LeadDeck can be accessed online by logging into your account. Your lead access and management system account is created when you signup with LeadDeck for the first time.
Can I distribute the leads purchased from LeadDeck to my own sales agents?
Yes, you can distribute (or assign) the leads purchased from LeadDeck to your own sales agents. You back office system has optional features to handle the lead distribution. However you should not resell the leads to any other third parties.
Do I need a CRM system to use and manage the leads?
No, lead buyers from LeadDeck do not need to buy a CRM system. Our online system can be used for accessing leads online and track the leads through the sales process.
How do I make payments toward the leads purchased?
Payments are made through the online system using credit / debit cards. All payments are made in advance for the preferred quantity of leads.
What are the payment types accepted by LeadDeck?
LeadDeck currently accepts debit cards or credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover). Check,wire and other payment modes are not supported currently.
What is the pricing for leads?
The pricing varies based on the lead type, lead volume, order quantity, nature of relationship and customer demand. Please contact us for more information on pricing options.
How are the invalid leads handled?
Invalid leads (with invalid contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses) will be substituted with valid leads. However, LeadDeck should be notified within seven days from receiving the lead by the lead buyer. In case of difficulty in replenishing the invalid lead by the lead source (or lead seller), the price paid for the lead will be reimbursed after validation by our team.
